 The objective of this Workshop will be to record some theoretical and practical considerations about Consumer Relations concluded over the Internet and the applicability of the Consumer Defense Code.
 
 Due to social isolation, the safest way to shop is online and the growth of e-commerce in Brazil has only been possible due to some well-structured clauses in the Consumer Protection Code.
 
 The CDC rules serve to protect the Consumer (buyer) and the Supplier (company that sells products or provides services).

 The objective of this Workshop was to record some considerations regarding the Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund of airline tickets through the rules established by the TAC – Conduct Adjustment Term signed with Brazilian Airlines. 
 
 
To mitigate the effects caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic on consumers who purchased airline tickets, the Ministry of Justice and Public Security, through the National Consumer Secretariat (SENACON); the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office; and the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Federal District and Territories, signed a Conduct Adjustment Term on 03/20/2020 with the Brazilian Association of Airlines - ABEAR and 5 other Companies (TAM; GOL; PASSAREDO; MAP and AZUL).
